Lauren was born and raised right here in Dyersburg, TN. She and her husband Nick have three children, Lewie, Si, and Shep. Lauren has taught in the Dyersburg City School System for the past 10 years. Education is an avenue that Lauren believes the Lord gave her for ministry. She has a desire to nurture and prepare little ones for school in a biblically based setting, and knows that the Lord has called her to serve as the Director of the Weekday Preschool here at First Baptist Church. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and doing life with her small group community.
